Acceptance of the Terms of Use

By accessing or using the InSource Expansion Group platform, website, and related services offered by InSource Expansion Group, LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and parents (collectively, “InSource Expansion Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at insourcegroup.org and all associated pages and services (together, the “Website” or the “Services”), you (the “User,” “your,” or “you”) confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”).

This Website is our online portal connecting you with professional opportunities made available by InSource Expansion Group’s customers (“Customers”) in various posted roles (“Roles”) as well as opportunities directly with InSource Expansion Group. Please read these Terms of Use carefully. If you are interested in applying for any Role or Roles, you will need to register and create an account with InSource Expansion Group (becoming a “Candidate”). Candidates who are offered and accept a job opportunity based on a Role may elect to enter into an independent contractor relationship with InSource Expansion Group and must agree to the terms of InSource Expansion Group’s Independent Contractor Services Agreement (“Agreement”). The Agreement will describe the terms and conditions under which you will provide certain professional services to Customers, as described in job assignments made pursuant to the Agreement from time to time. The Agreement will be effective the first day you accept it (the “Effective Date”) and, to the extent applicable, will apply in conjunction with these Terms of Use (which govern your usage of the InSource Expansion Group Website and Services).

Your use of the Services is conditional upon adherence to these Terms of Use. IF YOU ARE UNWILLING TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SECTION 14 BELOW CONTAINS AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT REQUIRING YOU TO RESOLVE CLAIMS AGAINST INSOURCE EXPANSION GROUP THROUGH BINDING AND FINAL ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, THEREBY WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

1. Changes to these Terms of Use

By accessing our Services, you acknowledge that we have the right to revise and amend these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide you with notice through the Services, by email to the address you provided, or by posting a message in your account or on the Website. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you object to any changes, you may close your account and stop using the Services.

2. Your Eligibility to Use Our Services

Our Services are intended for Users and Candidates who are at least thirteen (13) years of age or older, or the minimum age required by local law. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are a natural person.
2. You are at least 13 years of age or older.
3. You will create and maintain only one account if you elect to register as a Candidate.
4. Your account will be created and maintained with your real identity.
5. You are not restricted by us from using the Services.

3. Restrictions on Your Use of Our Services

You may not:

1. Use any automated means (e.g., robots, spiders, scripts) to access the Services or collect any information from them.
2. Frame the Services, use framing techniques, place pop-up windows over pages, or otherwise affect the display of any pages.
3. Engage in “screen scraping,” “database scraping,” or any similar activity to obtain content or information.
4. Use the Services in any manner that violates applicable law or could damage, disable, or impair the Services, or interfere with others’ use.
5. Access information under fraudulent or misleading pretenses, or use information from our Services for another company’s, service’s, or individual’s benefit.
6. Access, use, or monitor our Services for benchmarking or competitive purposes.

We may terminate or disable your access to the Services for any reason, at our sole discretion.

4. Your Obligations When Using Our Services

You also agree not to:

1. Register or operate a Candidate account on behalf of anyone else.
2. Impersonate any individual or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
3. Upload or share any private information of others without authorization.
4. Upload, post, or share any material containing viruses or harmful code.

5. Our Content and Intellectual Property

All content available on or through the Services (the “InSource Content”) is the property of InSource Expansion Group unless otherwise stated. You may not modify, copy, distribute, reproduce, republish, download, display, post, transmit, or sell any InSource Content without our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms of Use grants you any license or right to our intellectual property.

6. Third Parties

We may enable integration with third-party services. If you choose to use such integrated services, your interactions are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of those third parties. We are not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, or services provided by any third parties.

7. Candidate Information and Submissions

By providing information as a Candidate, you acknowledge that we will use it to help connect you with Roles offered by our Customers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Any materials, resumes, cover letters, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other information (“Submissions”) that you provide through the Services become the sole property of InSource Expansion Group. We have the right to use and disseminate these Submissions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you. Where legally required, you hereby consent to such use and dissemination.

8. Professional Connections

If you participate in events or connect with other Users through the Services, you acknowledge that:

1. InSource Expansion Group is not responsible for the conduct of any parties at such events.
2. InSource Expansion Group does not endorse or vet such events.
3. You will adhere to any terms and conditions that apply to such events.

9. Disclaimers

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Services without notice. The Services are provided “AS IS” and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any technical issues, interruptions, or data losses resulting from your use of the Services. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
